Nestled on a picturesque 40-acre private estate of open fields, the Scenic Rivers YMCA Farm offers a secluded and peaceful retreat in the heart of nature. Our venue features a charming red barn, radiating rustic elegance with its timeless structure—perfect for creating unforgettable memories.

A restored farmhouse provides a cozy, tranquil escape, ideal for relaxation and romantic getaways. A condo-style restored barn-dominium is located on the property and sleeps two in a queen bed.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, private gathering, or corporate event, our serene setting delivers the perfect blend of charm and natural beauty.

Weekend Event Rentals

  • Private use of the entire venue Friday at 4 pm through Sunday at 12 pm
  • Farmhouse – sleeps 6 in 2025 and 10 in 2026
  • Barn-dominium – sleeps 2
  • Rustic Red Barn with space for 200 guests
  • Round banquet tables and chairs to seat 200
  • Additional 8 foot tables for cake, gifts, etc.
  • Use of farmhouse and barndominium for bridal suite and grooms suite
  • Ample on-site parking for guests
  • Outside vendors are welcome for catering, bartending, linens, tents, etc.

Rental Guidelines

  • Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 12 pm.
  • A keycode will be sent in advance of the rental.
  • Pets are not permitted in rentals.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • Off road vehicles are not permitted.
