TWO EVENT VENUES
The YMCA offers two event venues to make your event extra special. Pick the venue that creates memories that last a lifetime. Both venues are located just three miles apart.
The Scenic Rivers YMCA Farm venue, is located in rural Oil City, and offers a large event barn that seats 200 people, an outdoor fire pit, overnight accommodations for 12 people, and breathtaking views and sunsets. This venue is brand new and features stunning renovations. The 40-acre venue is located on Ausel Road.
The Camp Coffman event venue is located in Cranberry, PA, just off route 322 between Shippenville and Seneca, PA. Camp Coffman offers 240-acres of natural beauty, a pond, a stream with a swinging bridge, a large timber frame pavilion, 10 cabins with overnight accommodations for 80+ people, a banquet hall that seats190, and plenty of unique outdoor spaces.

Banquet Hall Rental
For the Day (Sunday through Thursday) – pricing starts at $300. Call for details.
The banquet hall is great for events, reunions, receptions, church groups, corporate retreats, youth groups and more. Rental includes use of the banquet hall with caterer’s kitchen and grounds. Two covered patios extend the indoor space to the outdoors. Banquet tables and chairs are available to rent and will accommodate 190 people.
There are 190 chairs, 28 round tables and 15 long tables.
Single day banquet hall rentals are available outside of wedding season, Sunday evenings, and during the week. Weekends are not available during wedding season.
Pavilion Rental
Daily Rental –$175.
Pavilion is located along East Sandy Creek near the swinging bridge and waterfall. The picnic pavilion has electric, water hydrant, lights, picnic tables, and a fire pit.
Single day pavilion rentals are available outside of wedding season, Sunday evenings, and during the week. Weekends are not available during wedding season.
Cabin Rentals
We offer ten cabins at Camp Coffman.
