SPECIAL EVENT VENUE
Choose from our cabins, banquet hall, pavilion, or grounds for your event or retreat.
If you are planning a large event, we offer full camp rentals that include our entire venue from Friday through Sunday, or build your own package from Sunday through Thursday. CLICK HERE for more details about weekend rentals.

Banquet Hall Rental
For the Day— $300
The banquet hall is great for events, reunions, receptions, church groups, corporate retreats, youth groups and more. Rental includes use of the banquet hall with caterer’s kitchen and grounds. Two covered patios extend the indoor space to the outdoors. Banquet tables and chairs are available to rent and will accommodate 190 people.
There are 190 chairs, 28 round tables and 15 long tables.
Single day banquet hall rentals are available outside of wedding season, Sunday evenings, and during the week. Weekends are not available during wedding season.
Pavilion Rental
Daily Rental –$175.
Pavilion is located along East Sandy Creek near the swinging bridge and waterfall. The picnic pavilion has electric, water hydrant, lights, picnic tables, and a fire pit.
Single day pavilion rentals are available outside of wedding season, Sunday evenings, and during the week. Weekends are not available during wedding season.
Cabin Rentals
We offer ten cabins at Camp Coffman and a barn-dominium nearby that can be rented on their own or in addition to your event!
