Whether you are drawn by the rustic charm of our camp’s natural beauty or captivated by flexibility of a full venue rental, Camp Coffman offers a natural canvas that will become your own.
Our weekend event rentals begin at 12 pm on Friday and last through Sunday at 12 pm.
Rental includes:
- Private use of the entire venue
- Ten cabins for two nights (beds sleep 80+ people)
- ADA compliant banquet hall with wine barrels, custom built rustic bar, and fireplace
- Banquet tables and chairs to seat 190+
- Additional tables for cake, gifts, etc.
- Caterer’s kitchen
- 1800 sq. ft. timber frame pavilion with electric
- Ceremony site with wedding arch and bench seating
- Rustic wood swing firepit
- Use of cabins for bridal suite and grooms suite
- Modern restrooms
- Ample on-site parking for guests
- Outdoor activities like boating and fishing, trails for hiking
- Option to include climbing and zip line for additional fee
- Outside vendors are welcome for catering, bartending, linens, tents, etc.

Rental Guidelines
- Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 12 pm.
- A keycode will be sent in advance of the rental.
- Pets are not permitted in rentals.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Off road vehicles are not permitted.
From June to August, our camp is the home of YMCA Summer Day Camp from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. You may see groups of children engaged in educational or recreational activities around the camp! We ask that you refrain from interacting with the groups or utilizing the areas/activities while in use by the Summer Day Camp.
