Birthday Parties at the Picnic Pavilion
Birthday Parties at Camp Coffman
Camp Coffman is available on weeknights, Sunday through Thursday for birthday parties. Prices include use of our picnic pavilion, boats, catch and release fishing pond, large field and playground.
Parties include use of our pavilion which has 12 picnic tables and electric. You supply the food, decorations, etc. Set-up and clean-up will be your responsibility. Staff will be on hand to supervise and assist with ziplining, horseback riding, paintball and archery/shooting.
A 50% deposit is required to schedule a party. The remaining amount is due the day of the party.
All parties have access to boats and fishing while at Camp Coffman. Life jackets, fishing poles and boats are available for use.
Climb and Zip Party – $225
This four hour rental** includes two hours of zip-lining for up to 25 people (age 8 and up), plus use of our picnic pavilion. Choose from rock climbing, free fall, cargo net and zip lining. Guests may use our catch and release fishing pond, walking trails, playground and paddle boats. A large field is available for games. *Close-toed shoes must be worn!
Additional zip-line hours (to accommodate additional guests) are $75/hour.Β **Time slot includes set-up and clean-up.
Fishing and Boating Party – $175
This four hour rental** includes catch and release fishing and boating, plus use of our picnic pavilion. Guests may use our walking trails, playground, and fields for games. Paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks are available.
Fishing poles will be provided or you may bring your own.
**Time slot includes set-up and clean-up.
Horseback Riding Party $250
This four hour rental** includes up to two hours of horseback riding (staff led), plus use of our picnic pavilion.
- Leader-led rides for ages 2+
Guests may use our catch and release fishing pond, walking trails, playground and paddle boats. A large field is available for games.

Paintball Party $250
This four hour rental** includes paintball fun for 12 people (ages 10 and up). Each player uses our Spyder Paintball Gun, mask, hopper, and 200 paintballs per person. A private referee is available for up to two hours. Additional time available for paintball upon request.
This party includes fishing and boating, plus use of our picnic pavilion. Guests may use our walking trails, playground and fields for games. Unlimited guests may attend the party. Up to 10 people can participate in paintball.Β **Time slot includes set-up and clean-up.
Air Rifle or Archery Shooting Party $200
This four hour rental** includes up to one hour of air rifle or archery target shooting for guests, plus use of our picnic pavilion.
Guests may use our catch and release fishing pond, walking trails, playground and paddle boats. A large field is available for games.
Guests will have fun shooting at our targets, tin cans, bottles, etc. all while being supervised by a staff member. Safety is our priority. Guests will wear safety goggles and learn about safety before shooting.Β **Time slot includes set-up and clean-up.
The Overnighter Party $100
Stay with a group in our Cayuga Bunkhouse for a night! Sunday through Thursday nights are available.
The Bunkhouse sleeps 20 people and has a kitchen. Cayuga is perfect for a youth event or sleepover. Kitchen, bunk beds, outdoor toilet, modern shower house close by. Use of our fishing pond, boating, hiking trails, fire pit, and fields are available for group use.
