Our Barn-dominium is located on Ausel Road in Oil City. This condo-style rental sleeps up to two (2) people and has a queen size bed.
Enjoy the peaceful rolling hills of farm life in a modern Barn-dominum, fully updated and furnished for your stay. This is country life at it’s best.
Our Barn-dominium is a separate rental from Camp Coffman and is available to rent through Airbnb or as part of a full event rental.
This is NOT a Pet-Friendly Cabin.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.
We require a two-night minimum stay.
The Barn-dominium is centrally located in Oil City, PA, just six miles off Route 322 between Clarion and Oil City. It is approximately three miles from Camp Coffman.

Rental Guidelines
- Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 12 pm.
- A keycode will be sent in advance of the rental.
- Pets are not permitted in rentals.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Off road vehicles are not permitted.
From June to August, our camp is the home of YMCA Summer Day Camp from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. You may see groups of children engaged in educational or recreational activities around the camp! We ask that you refrain from interacting with the groups or utilizing the areas/activities while in use by the Summer Day Camp.
